We will do this with the Play Store app called Multi-Tool Sensors that offers us a graph in which we can check if when placing the mobile in the dark and before a light, it detects the light variation, since it could be the problem and not the software.
In case the sensor does vary, we will have to think about the software error that more users seem to be suffering and which can only be solved with a hard reset on Xiaomi. A process that will erase all data from the mobile and therefore we have to put our files safe first.
