Now we can see the new Alcatel 3L and Alcatel 1S, that is, their new 2021 models that have just been presented.
Alcatel once again tightens the nuts of the quality / price ratio , with two new devices, which add to the firm’s portfolio and are the starting gun for the battle of 2021. Although the benefits of the Alcatel 3L and Alcatel 1S are limited and far from even the mid-range, offer interesting technical features for those who do not need more, and also add elements generally forgotten in this price range, such as AI-powered cameras.
Alcatel 3L 2021 features
The new Alcatel 3L 2021 has a 6.52-inch screen, with a small drop-shaped notch to house the front sensor. The terminal has dimensions of 165 x 75 x 8.74mm and a weight of 194 grams. The screen has a 20: 9 ratio and 88.45% screen / frame ratio, which is to be applauded considering this is an entry-level terminal. The device sports a 2.5D glass design and four different displays, including Eye Comfort mode, Reading mode, dark mode, and sunlight mode.
Inside we find an MTK6762D processor , which comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal memory, which is expandable through microSD cards up to 512GB. When turned around, the Alcatel 3L 2021 sports three cameras with a 48 megapixel main sensor, and macro and depth sensors of 2 megapixels each. Its camera’s AI algorithm allows the Alcatel 3L to intelligently identify 22 different scenes, automatically adjusting image settings to capture optimal photos in real time

Alcatel 1S 2021 Features
The Alcatel 1S 2021 drops a notch in technical performance that we have seen in its brother, but with the promise of being offered at a lower price, in line with this technical drop. However, we find the same 6.52-inch HD + panel, with the same 20: 9 aspect ratio, 2.5D glass and a frame / screen ratio of 88.45%. Inside we find the same MTK6762D processor as its older brother, but this time accompanied by 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage. This memory can also be expanded by microSD cards up to 512 GB.
We also have a triple camera, but the 48 megapixel sensor of the Alcatel 3L has been replaced by a 16 megapixel sensor , which comes together with two macro and depth sensors of 2 megapixels each. On the front and inside the notch, it has a 5 megapixel selfie sensor, with HDR and face unlock.
In this case, the battery is also 4,000 mAh, without fast charging of any kind, although it also reaches the market with Android 11. It has Bluetooth 5, RadioFM and a 3.5mm headphone jack, which refuses to disappear in the range input.
Prices and date of sale
The Alcatel 3L 2021 will be available in Europe from March, in black and blue for a price of 149 euros. The Alcatel 1S 2021 will arrive a little earlier, being available from February in black and blue, for a price of 109 euros.
The Alcatel 1T 7 also arrives
Alcatel has not wanted to neglect its catalog of tablets either, adding a new member with the Alcatel 1T 7. This economic model will only be available in Wi-Fi version, and it comes with Android 11 in its Go Edition version. According to Alcatel, it is designed to be easily used by the youngest in the house, in addition to having eye protection and learning tools. The Alcatel 1T 7 will be available this month in green and in a 16 GB version for 74.99 euros.
