Motorola follows a strategy that can be somewhat confusing for the common of the mortals. While its mid-range is already in the “9” series, with the Moto G9 Plus and Moto G9 Power at the fore (but without the Moto G9), its family of cheap mobiles is two numbers behind.
With the Moto E7 Plus presented a few months ago, we still do not know when the brand will present the Moto E7 that gives the brand its name, but the latest leak regarding Motorola devices could bring us this launch closer. One of the many leakster that populate Twitter has just leaked the design and the first features of the Moto E7 .

This is what the future Moto E7 looks like
Motorola’s E-series has been, by and large, the cheapest line of smartphones in its portfolio, offering the basics at a reasonable price. The images show a phone with a dual rear camera setup, which appears to be a rear fingerprint scanner and a waterdrop notch above the display. The images also show turquoise and gray color combinations.
Yadav also claims that the phone will be equipped with a 6.5-inch HD + panel, a 48MP + 2MP rear camera setup, a 5MP selfie camera, a 4,000mAh battery, and Android 10.
There is no information about the processor, but it is to be expected that it would be a significant improvement over what we find right now in the Moto E6 .
Recall that this E6 offers a single 13 MP rear camera and a 3000 mAh battery, so we expect better image quality and greater autonomy in the new phone, something that the brand has insisted on with its latest models. It is also worth noting that this older phone also lacks a fingerprint scanner.
The Moto E6 is currently sold for a price of around 100 euros, so we expect a similar price for this device so that it can fight with smartphones from the Xiaomi Redmi 9 and Realme C family.
As is often the case with these types of leaks, the characteristics and design of the Moto E7 are anticipated but we do not have any data on its release date. However, we hope that the mobile phone becomes official before the end of this chaotic year that we have had to live.
