Just over a year ago, in the summer of 2019, LG introduced three W-series smartphones named LG W10, LG W30 and LG W30 Pro in India. Now it seems that the company would be working, at least, in the successor of one of them, the LG W31 . Its launch seems to be close to happening since it has appeared with its main specifications and an image that reveals its design in the Google Play Console.
The company’s LG W line is one of the company’s cheapest. We are talking about low-mid-range terminals whose price is usually around 150 euros and which are planted in the market to satisfy the primary needs of users. According to the list that appears on the Google Play console, the LG W31 would contain limited specifications that would follow the manufacturer’s strategy with this product line.

According to the details that we can find in the Google tool, the smartphone will be planted in stores with a screen of unknown size but with an HD + resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20: 9. The image of the phone it reveals that it is equipped with a notch in the shape of a raindrop and, since it is an inexpensive device, it is likely to work with LCD technology. Also, the phone comes pre-installed with the Android 10 operating system.
The MediaTek MT6762, that is, the famous Helio P22 processor in charge of powering almost all the cheap mobiles of recent months, is also present under the hood of the device. This CPU is combined with 4 GB of RAM and an unknown internal memory, but seeing the type of device it is, it should be around 32 and 64 GB of storage.
Other details that we still need to know about the cheap LG mobile have not yet been revealed but if the smartphone already appears in Google Play, let’s console it, it means that we are not going to take too long in concerts officially. Based on rumors and leaks, we hope that the mobile counts with a camera similar to that of the LG W30, that is, a triple camera of 12 megapixels + 13 megapixels + 2 megapixels and a 16 megapixel front camera. As far as the battery is concerned, it should exceed 4,000 mAh and mount a fingerprint scanner on the rear.
Its other mystery is its price but it is something that we can confirm in just a few days.
