Completing the new family of mobiles that began to take shape at the beginning of summer with the launch of the Huawei Enjoy 20 Pro , now the Chinese firm presents the Enjoy 20 5G and Enjoy 20 Plus 5G in China. Both phones appear on the market with an attractive design, large screens, large capacity batteries and a low price.
In fact, if we take into account that the Huawei Enjoy 20 5G starts at a price of 1,699 yuan (just over 200 euros), we can assure that it is one of the most affordable phones prepared to navigate 5G networks in China. We review the characteristics of the two phones.
Features of the Huawei Enjoy 20
The cheaper of the two models sports a 6.6-inch HD + screen. It is an LCD panel that houses a small notch at the top to accommodate an 8 MP front camera with f / 2.0. Right below we have a MediaTEK Dimensity 720 processor supported by 4 or 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage. It is one of the first mobile phones of the brand to bet on MediaTek after the US veto that puts the development of its own processors in trouble.
With a 5,000 mAh battery with a 10W charge, the Huawei Enjoy 20 sports a triple rear camera with 13 MP sensors with f / 1.8, 5 MP with f / 2.2 wide angle and a 2 MP depth sensor with f / 2.4 . All this supported by different AI tools and an LED flash.
The smartphone is planted on the market with Android 10 AOSP and EMUI 10.1, without Google services.
Features of the Huawei Enjoy 20 Plus
As far as Huawei’s Enjoy 20 Plus is concerned , it comes with the same specs, except for a slightly larger RAM that amounts to 8GB. It also features a 6.63-inch screen with FullHD + resolution and 90Hz refresh rate, 4200mAh battery with 40W fast charge, and a rear camera with 48MP sensors with f / 1.8 + 8MP with f / 2.4 + 2MP with f / 2.4.
One of the great changes of the phone is that it sports a 16MP front camera for selfies that, instead of being located in a notch, it does so in a pop-up module that is hidden in the body of the phone itself.
It also works with Android 10 AOS with EMUI 10.1.
Price of Huawei phones
The smartphones are going on sale this month in China, with a choice of blue, gray, purple and black color options. Their prices start from 210 euros to change and go up to 310 euros.
