When we already have fiber optic contracts, the first thing that Movistar must do to start the process is to make an appointment with us. The installation is always carried out by a specialized technician, so we should not worry. The operator will contact us within a maximum period of 72 hours , and the technician will send us an SMS confirming the day and time of the appointment for the installation.
- Installation Preparation
