How does Bizum work?

How do I make Bizum to someone who doesn’t have it?
Perhaps many people do not know that you can make a Bizum to someone who does not have it . We will have to write your phone number in the application and make the payment, as with anyone else.
However, our friend will receive an SMS telling him that an amount of money has been sent, and that if he registers with Bizum, he will receive it instantly.
Then, this person will have a period of 48 hours to register in Bizum and receive the money or, otherwise, after that time the money will be returned.
To register in Bizum, we have to go to our bank so that they provide us with our username and access code , and then register in the application thanks to that data.
