Today we wanted to see the exact differences between both devices, to see which one is worth the most.

The battle in the entry range is very fierce. All manufacturers have bets below 150 euros and it is not easy to opt for one model or another. The LG K40s came as an improved review of the LG K40. Where we do find differences is in the cameras section, which is where LG justifies the “s” label of the K40s. In this sense, we go from the only 16 megapixel rear camera of the K40, to a double rear camera with 13 and 5 megapixel sensors . Nor are there excessive differences in the connections of both terminals, which maintain elements such as the 3.5 jack. Interestingly, both devices, despite being so cheap, offer NFC connectivity, something to be appreciated in this price range. The LG K40 arrived on the market with Android Oreo, while the K40s did it with Android Pie, which gives it a lot of advantage in terms of battery performance and security. There is no hope that either of them ever see in their guts Android 10.

The LG K40 has a 3,000 mAh battery, compared to 3,500 mAh of the Lg K40s. This difference added to the management of Android Pie K40s, make the autonomy is totally on the side of the second.
