If there is something that bothers a mobile phone user, it is the fact of not being able to access it correctly or not being able to do it directly, something that happens on some occasions with our iPhone, which can get blocked, appearing a message saying that the itself is not available. Of course, it is a question that has a solution, so we explain the reasons and the ways so that it can be available again.
You can see this message especially if you have children who enter the access code to the phone incorrectly over and over again and if we have someone behind our backs who is trying to access the phone over and over again . And it is that if the code is entered incorrectly, this iPhone will be blocked more and more time to the point where if we put it 15 incorrectly, it will be blocked for up to an hour . It will be at that moment, when it is blocked, in which the iPhone image not available appears.
But we don’t have to worry, because there are certain methods by which we can easily unlock this phone and eliminate forever that annoying message that we are seeing on the screen and that prevents us from using the phone normally.
Click on ‘Erase iPhone’
The first of the options to delete our mobile phone and restore it in order to stop this annoying message from appearing on the screen will be to do it directly from our iPhone when viewing this message. To do this, you simply have to click on ‘Erase iPhone’, the button that must appear on the bottom right screen. When doing this, we will have to follow the following steps:
- After incorrectly entering your iPhone password several times, a message will appear warning you that you are going to erase and restore your iPhone.
- Enter your Apple ID password in order to fully sign out of your account.
- When you enter and accept it, the device will be erased and reconfigured as a new device .
Once the process has been completed, everything will return to how it was at the beginning.
Use ‘Search’
When there is a problem with the iPhone, either in reference to a theft or a loss, it is normal that we find the ‘Search’ app in order to find where the mobile phone is currently located. But without going any further, beyond theft, this app can also be useful if what we are looking for is to completely eliminate the Not Available message.
We will have to go to the ‘Search’ app in iCloud in order to eliminate this and once we are inside the app and we have logged in with our Apple ID to which the mobile must be paired and after that follow these steps:

Do it from the computer
The computer and the synchronization tool from our PC to our iPhone may perhaps be one of the best allies we can find on the road. Previously it was known as iTunes, but with the mutation towards Music, we will have to simply connect our mobile phone to the computer and do the same within the Music app.
To proceed we will have to stop and follow the following steps:
- Using a USB cable or even WiFi, it establishes the connection between the phone and the computer.
