Like every year, the arrival of the future iPhone 13 begins to be an event months before that happens. As usual, Apple‘s secrecy is admirable compared to the leaks that have to do with some of its Android rivals. However, that does not prevent the different analysts and the users themselves, from placing their bets on what the next Apple model should integrate.
We know that advances, at least aesthetic and in other areas of hardware, go at a slower pace on iPhone than on Android. Apple is not in a hurry to put technologies or functions in the hands of users that it does not believe are necessary at any given time. However, many bets say that the iPhone 13 will have some of the most anticipated advances by many users.
Less notch, all at once
The notch or eyebrow of the screen has been accompanying the iPhone for years without there having been any hint of its disappearance. iPhone users are not aware of the full screen experience that we do see on Android. Even if we ask for an iPhone 13 without a notch, it is very unlikely that this will happen. However, we will almost certainly see the smallest notch seen to date.

Increasing memory options
The 64 GB variant begins to seem scarce even for users who use their mobile less. The new resolutions when recording video or the files that are received by different messaging programs make the 64 GB memory in danger of extinction. In the iPhone 13, the 64 GB should be the new 128 GB , giving way to superior and hitherto unpublished options such as 1 TB, a capacity that is ringing strongly for the next iPhone.
New periscope sensor
Although it is something that sounded strongly even for the iPhone 11, it is something that has not yet materialized. However, letting a generation pass may be prefect for the iPhone 13 to have a new periscope sensor, which can enhance the terminal’s zoom capabilities. We have been seeing clues about Apple’s interest in integrating this technology in iPhones for some time, the most recent thanks to a patent from Cupertino that revealed a sensor of this style.
On-screen fingerprint sensor
This is another of those technologies that Apple is thinking of integrating, but it will not do so until they are sure that the user experience meets quality standards. This technology can still be found more or less refined in Android mobiles, where it works with more or less precision in a terminal. It was the Wall Street Journal that recently revealed that a new Touch ID will be able to make an appearance under the screen of the iPhone 13.

Nobody has doubts that a higher refresh rate improves the experience in games or the general navigation with the terminal. Android mobiles integrate high refresh rates, but it is something that we have not seen yet on iPhone. This is something that also sounds strong for the future iPhone 13, although once again, Apple will not sacrifice other priority elements such as battery life, in post of this attribute.
Battery improvements
The iPhone 12 have hardly improved battery life compared to the iPhone 11 family. There are many users waiting to see a jump in this regard. We do not know where Apple will go in this regard, but as some analysts such as Ming-Chi Kuo have revealed, the iPhone 13 could be the first smartphone to implement so-called white plate batteries.
These types of batteries are more compact and allow to reduce manufacturing costs . This will allow Apple to play with the possibility of integrating new technologies or integrating more battery capacity, in the same space, and without sacrificing design.
