The big news today is that the new official version of Kodi 20 Nexus RC 1 ( release candidate ) is now available for download. These ready-to-install versions mean that the software has passed all internal tests and is ready for release, although it might include some minor issues that would be fixed before the official release as such.
Availability of Kodi 20 Nexus
The Kodi v20 Nexus RC1 version, as has happened with the rest of the preliminary versions, presents very few aesthetic changes at the interface level , but instead focuses on other aspects related to performance and compatibility.
This version 20 follows the tradition of using names related to science fiction terms . We have already gone through Atlantis, Babylon, Camelot, Dharma, Eden, Frodo, Gotham, Helix, Isengard, Jarvis, Krypton, Leia and Matrix, and now it was the turn of the letter N, with Nexus as the winner of a vote already quite a few months.
Kodi 20 Nexus is available right now to download on Windows or for Android systems . It is interesting to note that for both platforms it is available in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, so we won’t have any kind of compatibility problem, even on devices that are a few years old.

Keep in mind that, as was the case with the move from Leia to Matrix, some add-ons will stop working with this version and can only be used with Kodi version 18.9 or earlier.
