It is already part of Android 11, although each brand through its customization layers and its modifications can choose whether to include the option or not. This error between Bluetooth and WiFi happens because most mobile devices place the WiFi reception antennas next to the Bluetooth, given the limited space inside the mobile. Although it is not always a problem, many times it does, we ourselves as you will see we can deactivate Bluetooth, beyond the option that we find in the shortcuts. There is an option in Android that allows you to use Bluetooth even if it remains disabled and is the cause of the problem’s continuity.
Disable searching for Bluetooth devices on Android

Turn off device search in EMUI and improve WiFi
For Huawei smartphones or those using the EMUI customization layer, the option is also available. The steps to follow in this case are similar and allow us to achieve the same result, improving the mobile WiFi connection that Bluetooth causes when trying to find nearby devices.
- We enter the EMUI Settings.
- We go to the section Access to the location.
- We tap on Advanced Settings.
- We deactivate the search for Bluetooth devices.
Improve WiFi connection on Xiaomi
The Chinese manufacturer Xiaomi and therefore its EMUI customization layer also allows us this option. This is similarly extrapolated to Redmi smartphones and Poco models as well. What we will do in the case is the following, to ensure that the WiFi does not suffer cuts:
- We begin by entering the Mobile Settings.
- We go down to the Location section.
- We touch on Advanced.
- We select Search for WiFi and Bluetooth.
- Finally we deactivate the search for Bluetooth devices.
