Within the changelog, the July 2020 Android security patch is detailed, but also the integration of the new Smart Charge feature. It is one of the novelties of EMUI 10.1 that Huawei is also taking to old mobiles.

This feature, which will be pre-activated by default after the update, reduces battery aging by adapting to charging routines and thanks to AI learning.
