The Chinese firm continues to launch its new mobiles, despite having already left the top 5 manufacturers worldwide. Some phones that basically arrive in China, like this new Huawei Nova 8 Pro 4G , a very powerful mobile with a very attractive appearance with its curved screen, a lot of power and ultra fast charging.
The Nova range is a classic in the Chinese market, where it has become one of the pillars of the firm’s sales in its country of origin. A Nova range that has been arriving intermittently in Europe, and sadly, it is to be expected that in this case it will also stay in China.
A top of the range, although without 5G
As you all know, 5G connectivity has become a constant in both high-end and mid-range mobiles on Android. In this case we are facing the latest version of the Nova 8, which is distinguished by not having this connectivity. An attractive mobile that boasts a curved screen with 120Hz refresh rate. This is quite large, with a size of 6.7 inches and OLED technology with Full HD + resolution. A screen that has a double perforated camera in the corner, in the form of a tablet and with an integrated fingerprint reader.
A mobile that at the design level reminds us of the expected Huawei P50 Pro, with a large rear camera module also in the form of a tablet. In this camera we find a 64 megapixel main sensor, accompanied by an 8 megapixel ultra wide angle, a 2 megapixel depth sensor and a 2 megapixel macro. Although in return it offers us a very fast charge with a power of 66W , which allows 60% of the battery to be charged in just 15 minutes, and fully charged in 35 minutes. It arrives with Android 10 as an operating system under the EMUI 11 layer, as usual without Google services and apps, especially in China.
Price and availability
A phone that has been presented in the Chinese market, where it has arrived in black, green, purple and white. The price of the basic version of 8GB + 128GB is about 510 euros to change, while the one with a configuration of 8GB + 128GB is about 560 euros to change.
