The alarm can be the most crisp sound in the world, or that motivating music that encourages us to start a new day. Whatever your objective, the truth is that it is very easy to modify the sound of alarms on Android phones, whatever model you have. This is so, because the method is performed in a very similar way on all Android phones on the market, once we have entered the alarm options. The only requirement will be that the music that we want to set as an alarm, be downloaded to our mobile in a format recognized as MP3.
How to put alarm music
What we will have to do to put music as an alarm is to enter the alarm of our mobile. In the vast majority of devices we will find it in the “clock” application of our mobile. Once inside we will click on the alarms. In this summary we will see all those that we have configured. Now we will only have to touch on the alarm that we want to modify by touching on it. Once inside we will see several options, but the one that interests us is called “Sound”, “Edit alarm sound” or similar. Once inside we will be able to modify the sound that will be the protagonist of the alarm. We can choose between the system’s default sounds and musics or choose our own sounds
By clicking on “Music on the device” we will access all the audio files, including downloaded music , that we have on our mobile. To do this, you may have to accept the permissions first, so that the clock application can access our files. Once done, we can select any song or sound that we have downloaded to the mobile, so that it can sound as an alarm. Keep in mind that the system could detect all audios, including WhatsApp voice notes, so that our music could be “hidden” in a tangle of audios. In case the song is deleted from our archives, the alarm sound will go back to the default.
