Camera busy error
This failure usually occurs when we use the camera in one application and then switch to another, which requires permission to access the camera . As before, we will have to try several possible solutions and check if the problem has disappeared after performing each step.
- Close all processes : in this case, we must click on the multitasking button and close all running applications. Then we restart the mobile and start the camera application again.
- Verify the permissions : in this case we will have to take a look at the applications that have permission to access the camera and that may be causing this failure. We go to Settings / Apps and notifications / Advanced / App permissions / Camera. Then we review the list of applications on the phone that request permission to access the camera and delete the access of applications that are suspicious or that we do not use regularly.
- Clear the cache and data : As we saw earlier, for this type of error it is also convenient to clean the cache and the data of the camera application. We go again to Settings / Applications and enter the “Camera”. Then we click on clear data and cache.
Can’t delete a photo
It is another of the most common problems, which make deleted images reappear. In this case, we will have to verify if the image is on the SD card . To delete the photo, we will have to use the “Files” application or any other third-party manager that allows us to manipulate files to delete them. We can also remove the card from the phone and use a PC to delete the photos.
Quality problems
Blurred photos
Blurred photos are the nightmare of many users, however, and ruling out a hardware problem , the solution is usually closer than we think. In this case if the photos are blurred, we must try several solutions to try to fix it.
- Clean the lenses : mobiles have more and more lenses and the possibilities of dirt are multiplied. We will have to clean the lenses often with a soft dry cloth and try to take the photo again.
- Increase the resolution : it is possible that the maximum resolution of the camera of your Moto is not selected, this means that we can see it with less quality than desired. In this case we will have to enter the camera app and select the maximum resolution within its Settings.
- Be careful with the zoom : it is possible that you have the selected zoom without realizing it. It is a common failure that will cause the digital zoom process to start, which causes the photo to be pixelized and show a final process of better quality.
- Change the mode : if we are in interior areas and we want to take a panoramic photo, we will have to change to the usual mode. The panoramic option works best with outdoor shots; the algorithm that joins the images is not optimized for use in close-up shots in indoor areas. It is important to control this setting to prevent photos from being blurred or of poorer quality.
Improve results
If we are still not satisfied with the quality of the resulting photos, we can always use third-party applications. These applications include other types of adjustments and different algorithms, which can interpret the image results more according to our tastes.
