How to Create a New Apple Account on Different Devices

Create an Apple ID on iPhone, iPad, and iPod

When we start to set up a new iPhone, iPad or iPod again we have to enter an Apple account. If you don’t have any, because you are new to this ecosystem, you can create it in the same configuration process by simply clicking on ‘I don’t have an Apple ID’. From here you must fill in the information that they are asking you, being able to enter your personal email and you can even create a @icloud account for free. This way you will have a new email address with this domain.

If you skip this step when setting up your device, you can do it later. The following steps should simply be followed:

1. Access the ‘App Store’ application .
2. In the upper right corner you will see an empty portrait. Just click on this.
3. Then click on ‘Create new Apple ID’ .
4. Enter all your information such as email address and password. In addition, you must enter the country and region that matches your billing system.
5. Accept the terms and conditions of the service.
6. Enter both your name and date of birth. In this step you can choose if you want to receive commercial notifications from Apple.
7. If you want to buy an application or subscribe to some type of service, you must enter your credit or debit card details. But this step is totally skippable and you can always do this registration later.
8. Confirm your phone number so that your identity can be verified.

Create an Apple ID on a Mac

If you don’t have an Apple mobile device on hand, you can create your Apple account on a Mac through the Mac App Store. You simply must follow the following steps:

1. Open the App Store on your Mac.
2. In the lower left corner you will see the option ‘Start session’ and you must click on it.
3. When you are asked to enter your Apple ID, click on the ‘Create Apple ID’ at the bottom.
   
4. Accept the terms of use and enter the email address you want to use as the Apple ID as well as your new password.
5. Enter your credit or debit card details as well as billing information to make purchases.
6. Verify the email address in your Mail.

Once all these steps have been completed, you can access the different Apple services with your new ID that you just created.

Create Apple account on Windows or other device

Apple makes the iTunes tool available to Windows users to use all its services. And through this same application that we can download we can also create an Apple ID. You simply must follow the following steps:

1. Run the ‘iTunes’ program.
2. In the menu bar at the top go to ‘iTunes’ and follow the path Account> Login . In this section, as in the case of Macs, we can enter our Apple account or create one by clicking on ‘Create new Apple ID’.
3. Accept the use agreements, and enter your email and the password you want to use.
4. Enter your billing information as well as your credit or debit card details.
5. Please check your email manager to verify the new Apple ID.

But it may be the case that you have to create an account for example for an Apple TV and you have an Android device at hand. This account creation can also be done from devices that do not belong to the ecosystem or that are not Windows. To do so, the following steps must be followed:

1. Access the Apple ID account page .
2. At the top, click on the section called ‘Create your Apple ID’.
   
3. Fill in the form that appears with all your personal data.
4. Once this is done you can activate double factor security to have an account as secure as possible.

The truth is that creating a new Apple account is quite simple and it will open up a wide range of possibilities to access a multitude of Apple services. Obviously, a device by itself does not make us much more productive, but must be complemented by the company’s full range of services.
