Continuing with the list of expenses, the well-known Steve Jobs auditorium had a construction price of 179 million dollars. Another 161 million were allocated to the construction of the central piece, and about 12 million were invested for the construction of the main hall.
Another of the most important buildings in Apple Park, the visitor center, cost about 109 million. The building alone cost $79.9 million, but the visitor parking structure came in at $26 million. Speaking of parking area, that of employees amounted to more than 113 million. This great cost is due to the fact that Apple wanted to ensure that there was space for all types of cars. For this same reason, they added another parking building that cost about 26.5 million. These figures are without counting the ceiling, which amounted to 5.4 million dollars.
