Square Enix will release a new adaptation of its legendary Final Fantasy. This time they will be the first three installments and they will, how could it be otherwise, for the Nintendo Switch this year. So if you haven’t played these three classics from the RPG world yet or you want to replay them, now could be a good opportunity as they will introduce some improvements.
The Fireproof Final Fantasy
Final Fantasy is practically synonymous with RPG (Role Playing Game) and one of the most important sagas in a genre that continues to arouse passions. Thanks to technical advances that allow large open worlds or better graphics as well as a greater ability to tell much more dense and complex stories, RPG games remain the favorites of many players today.
Still, there are classics that still have something special and that is why we always like to play them again. Final Fantasy titles are some of them. Especially the first ones, those who drank from proposals like Ultima or Akalabeth. So that is what Nintendo will offer us from next December 15 , in the Nintendo eShop you can buy Final Fantasy Legend SaGa at a price of 19.99 euros.
The games they will include are the Game Boy versions that were released thirty years ago: Final Fantasy Legend (sold over a million units), Final Fantasy Legend II and Final Fantasy Legend II I. These games will not be simple adaptations of those versions of the first Nintendo laptop. They will also include a series of new features to make them more attractive and have added value for those who are going to play them for the first time or want to replay them on Switch.
Among the improvements that will include a new high speed mode as well as the possibility of adjusting the screen size or changing the wallpaper with various available designs. Although what will attract the most attention is that it will allow you to revive the nostalgia of the originals by allowing you to play with the Switch in portrait mode once you remove the Joy Con.

If you are a fan of Square Enix and its role-playing games, you will probably be attracted by the possibility of playing these titles again on the Nintendo Switch. But if you don’t have a Nintendo laptop and you want to play them, surely you already know that there are many more options to enjoy these classic and retro games.
Currently there is a large number of emulators for each platform, so it is rare that any video game lover cannot enjoy those titles that marked an era and are now difficult to play on original hardware.
