How to use FileDash to share files on OnePlus
The OnePlus tool called FileDash is found within the file manager that comes by default on all mobiles. We do not have to confuse it with that of Google that is also installed, that of OnePlus is called “File Manager”, while that of Google is only “Files” and does not have this function in such a simple way.
Upon entering, we will only have to go to the space where the file, document, photo or video that we want to send is located, selecting one or more and then tapping in the upper right corner to mark the FileDash option. Receive files on any mobile or device
In order to receive the files on other OnePlus phones, the process is very similar. First we will have to enter the “File Manager” application and go to the options at the bottom to the FileDash option . Tapping on the option will ask us if we are going to send files or receive them and when choosing to receive them, the search will automatically begin to pair OnePlus phones and start receiving the files.
In the event that we want to share files with mobiles of other brands such as Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi or any other, we will have to scan the QR code that appears on the screen of the OnePlus user what he wants to send us. Instantly it will connect us to your WiFi network and our mobile will automatically enter the web address “one.plus”. In case you did not do it due to a problem with the permissions, we can do it ourselves manually in the browser that we prefer and checking that we are connected to this open WiFi network that the OnePlus mobile has created.
