With the presentation of MIUI 12 we have been able to meet the Super Wallpapers launched by Xiaomi, which are a series of wallpapers that integrate in a new way the lock screen with that of the home screen. Many are the users who have been interested in them and although during the last days we have been able to see that they are only available for Xiaomi mobiles, they now arrive for any mobile.
The process to download and install these Super Wallpapers is simple, although we must follow specific steps if we want to be able to enjoy it on our mobile. The only thing that we must take into account is that our mobile must have Android 8.1 or higher , something very easy to fulfill. Steps to download the Super Wallpapers on your mobile
A renowned developer of XDA Developers with a pseudonym linuxct has made the necessary modifications to the APKs to make the process very simple. The process will be similar to what we can do when installing any other external Google Play application, so you do not have to worry since we have tried it and there is no problem.
- The first thing we will do is download the modified APK files . The website will give us several options, choosing any of the countries , the file is the same and will not affect the process.

- Once downloaded we enter the file manager of our mobile and in downloads we will find the compressed file. We can unzip it with the administrator or download an alternative one.
- We will have to install the Google Wallpapers application from Google Play, which we will use to install the Super Wallpapers.
- Then we go back to the file manager and look for the APK files that we have unzipped previously.
- To install them we will have to tap on them and we will give permissions to install external files through the message that appears on the screen or by going to Settings> Applications> File manager> Install unknown applications. We can install one or more of them to find the one we like the most.
- We go to the Google Wallpapers application that we have previously installed and look for the ” Live wallpapers ” section.
- Inside we will find all the Super Wallpapers that we have installed and just by touching them we can see a preview that may take a few seconds to generate.
- Click on install and select “Home Screen and Lock Screen ” to create the new effect.
We will repeat these last steps with each of the Super Wallpapers that we have available. We have at our disposal some based on planet Earth and others on Mars.
