Once we started DJ Studio Pro we found an interface loaded with options that seems dated , typical of another era and is completely in English. This can be a problem when getting familiar with the application, especially if we are not used to this type of mixing program.
In the upper bar we find a toolbar, from where we can add the songs to mix, convert songs or a Tag editor.
Select Media
This is the first icon in the form of a folder that we find in the upper left. If we click on it, it will allow us to add songs to our playlist , load a list of songs that we have previously or save the playlist that we create. To enter the songs we will have to navigate between folders being a bit complicated since the file search interface is more typical of other times. Once we create the playlist, the songs will appear in the main menu and we can start mixing them.
Convert Audio / CD / video
Next, we have a button that gives access to your audio conversion tool. From here we can convert the songs to different formats, among which is MP3, WAV, MP4, MP4A, WMA . It also offers us the possibility of creating our own audio CDs and we can select the folder where we want the conversions we make to be saved.
MP3 WAV Tag Editor
This program also incorporates its own Tag editor for MP3 and WAV . From here we can add songs and edit their metadata such as Year, Title, Artist, Genre and even add a cover image to each file.
