Contasol: Keep Your Accounting Up-to-date Easily

If we have a small company or we are self-employed, it is important that we can keep all the accounts up to date, so an accounting program strikes us as fundamental. To help us with this task we can have Contasol , an accounting program with which we can keep up to date with all our operations in a comfortable and simple way, and which is also free.

What is Contasol and what is it for?

Contasol is an accounting program that is designed to control all the accounting of our company, so it is aimed at both professionals and freelancers. With this tool we can easily have the official books and tax. It has PGC 2007, PCG PYMES 2007, Accounting Plan for Non-Profit Entities, and Sector Adaptations. Although there are other more generic programs that allow us to make invoices or estimates such as Microsoft Excel , this is a more specific solution.

This program will allow us to use it with as many companies as we need, since it is multi-user and can be installed on the network without any limits. It has a graphical interface of the most intuitive, totally adaptable for all types of users thanks to its great simplicity of use. The introduction of the seats is really easy since it has many shortcuts and most of the functions are automated.

This useful tool has all the existing official Modules that are updated immediately in the event of any change that is published in the BOE, so we will always be up to date with all accounting and tax news that are happening.

Contasol’s structure plan

Daily / VAT

To make entries in the Journal we will have independent seats that are differentiated by date or number. It has a daily sales assistant with its VAT records. It also has seat templates and different predefined concepts to streamline our entire task.

Inventory

In the Inventory we will find all the assets that our company has, keeping in memory photos and documents of each of our assets. In addition, it allows us to link all its areas with their corresponding seats. For the closing of the financial year, it will be in charge of transferring the assets file to the new financial year and will execute the new official parameters so that we do not have to worry about it.

Analytics

From the Analytics section we can control everything related to the budgets and statistics of the company, being able to generate detailed reports by month, quarter or semester. We will also use it to analyze deviations in certain periods and it allows us to design a departmental structure.

Treasury

From here we can control all the management of collections and payments of our company. It will automatically take care of once we enter an invoice, the accounts receivable sector is activated automatically. In addition, from Treasury we can manage all kinds of collection methods such as checks, promissory notes, or transfers, among others. There will be plenty of opportunities to generate reports and print all kinds of listings.

Billing

With the Billing module, invoices are automatically posted, through links to other sections of Contasol. From here we can create, modify and cancel invoices to print them later. We can also generate bank remittances in different formats and configure the logo and corporate colors of our company.

Official print

From the Official Printing section we will be able to print all official records such as accounting books, annual account reports and VAT and personal income tax forms. We may also print other types of internal listings such as the Profit and Loss register, among others.

Standard : we can buy it for 185 euros a year, and it includes annual updates, email support, access to the Online Support Center and access to the virtual assistant ATENEA.
Professional : it is the most complete option of the three. It is available for 290 euros a year, and has all the advantages of the Standard edition, but also includes telephone support and assistance for local networks.
