It is as difficult to buy an expensive smartphone as it is to do it with a cheap mobile phone, the options are becoming more diverse and interesting and this raises many doubts. To help you decide, we are going to compare the entry-level phones that are giving the most to talk about, such as the Redmi 9A and the Realme C11 . Phones that surprise without exceeding 100 euros.
The similarities are very present in these two mobiles, but we also find key differences that should make us choose between one of them. To make it easier, we are going to separate each of the unemployed and thus be able to find out if you personally prefer a better camera or a larger battery and make the purchase that best suits your needs.

Design and displays
In the aesthetic section we cannot deny that these are two mobile phones in the entry range, the predominant material is plastic and although aesthetically they have important changes compared to the low range of the previous year, they do not stand out for this reason. In any case, the Realme camera module is more current and on the front the drop-shaped notch is still a good solution.

The screens are practically the same at 6.53 and 6.5 inches with an added HD + resolution that may fall short. The aspect ratio in both cases is 20: 9 and to finish we must stay with the best touch response in Realme with 120 Hz, which does not mean that it is about the frequency rate.
Mediatek processors with differences
Although the processors are not designed to play demanding games, they are capable of allowing us to perform at a good level with basic applications and the occasional leading game. At this point the Realme C11 has a better configuration since it offers the Mediatek Helio G35 compared to the G25 model of the Redmi 9A. It will not make a big difference, but an extra in the clock frequency will make the mobile take less time to think about things.

The configurations are also more complete for the cheaper Realme, which integrates 2 or 3 GB of RAM with 32GB of storage, while Redmi only opts for the 2 GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. In both cases we can expand the memory with the help of a MicroSD card.
Two cameras against one camera
No matter how well worked the 13 Mpx lens of the Xiaomi Redmi 9A is, it will be difficult to improve the results of the Realme C11 with two 13 Mpx lenses and a second 2 Mpx capable of improving the results of portrait mode. They are not spectacular cameras but they have been able to record in Full HD, have autofocus and some additions through each of the layers. In the front, the selfies are tied with a 5 Mpx camera practically the same in both cases.

Battery and connectivity
Connectivity is still as important in cheap mobiles as in higher-level ones and in these two smartphones the first thing we don’t find is a fingerprint sensor. If we have 4G, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS and audio jack but there is no trace of the NFC. It should also be noted that only the Realme C11 has USB Type C while the Redmi does not.

The battery of both models promises to last us a long time with 5,000 mAh, the two smartphones tie together and the same happens with the fast charge of just 10W.
Realme UI vs MIUI
At this point the conclusion could be the candidate against the master because Realme is improving its layer by leaps and bounds but it still has a long way to go to have all the options that the Xiaomi model already has. They are two of the layers that add more options and all this with the possibility of personalizing our mobile. It will depend more on what we like, we have tried or seen because in both cases they work perfectly together with Android 10.

Prices and purchase recommendation
The key moment of prices has arrived because even if they are cheap smartphones we cannot forget that investment matters. On the one hand, the Realme C11 can be found at only 99 euros in its version with 2 + 32 GB and meanwhile the Xiaomi mobile is somewhat cheaper, 95 euros in the same version.
Our conclusions make us choose the Realme C11 as the best option since it integrates an extra lens, a somewhat more current design, a slightly better processor and that if we want we can even make a greater investment for the 3 GB of RAM. It is true that MIUI has more travel but if we give Relame UI a chance we will not regret it.
