Repair damaged system files
It is possible that for some reason some element of the system has been damaged and, therefore, we cannot create new folders on the computer. To analyze and repair the system, what we need to do is open a CMD window with administrator permissions and, in it, execute the following command:
SFC / scannow
When finished, all critical Windows files will have been repaired. And the function of creating a new folder should work normally again.
If not, and this failure has been suddenly, we can also try to restore the system to an earlier state so that the problem is solved.
