In this comparison we are going to be able to check the results offered by the high-end mobiles presented so far in 2020, leaving us with results to assess.

The high range is not only focused on cameras or performance and it is also very important to know if it will last all day or we will have to resort to the charger.
Battery comparison in web browser
The first test that we find is the one that has been carried out only in the web browser and therefore requires fewer resources and demands. The results we find offer us many hours of autonomy and we must also take into account that the Samsung Galaxy S20 is configured in this test with 60 Hz or 120 Hz , which increases consumption. Something similar occurs with the Motorola Edge and the OnePlus 8 Pro at 90 Hz, still with good results.
All the phones that we find in this comparison exceed the hours and the ones that offer the best results are the iPhone 11 Pro Max with the optimization of iOS and the Galaxy S20 + when it is configured at 60 Hz, followed by the Galaxy S20 Ultra with the same configuration and the OnePlus 8 Pro in the same situation.
Autonomy tests playing YouTube
In this case, all smartphones are configured with 60 Hz, to be in equal conditions and check how they behave with streaming video through YouTube. Which leaves us with several hours of entertainment on all models but with clear winners.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra have shown in these tests that they are the leaders when it comes to consuming content on their screens, despite the large size they have managed to exceed 10 hours. However, none of the iPhone 11 arrives at 9 o’clock. In between the results of the OnePlus 8 and the rest of the S20 is also positive.
Testing with 3D games
This latest test is the most demanding, demanding maximum processor and GPU performance for smooth images. In these tests of the battery comparison between the high-end of 2020 they have been very affected and we notice a notable lack due to the high demands.

Taking into account the results of the three types of tests that we have been able to verify, we can draw positive conclusions for the Samsung Galaxy S20 despite the criticism of the Exynos processors. They have shown that they are the best performing processor to perform and maintain in all three tests, despite the fact that the Snapdragon 865 outperforms its competitors in 3D gaming tests. However, iPhones only excel in web browsing, resisting autonomy when offering more demanding content and graphic processes.
