To check out your Temu cart, open the official Temu app or website, choose the items you want and select Checkout. Review the address and final total before paying. If checkout fails, read the exact message and check whether an order or payment already exists before trying again.
How to open your Temu cart and check out
- Open the official Temu app or go directly to Temu’s website.
- Open the cart icon and review the items and quantities. Sign in to the relevant account if you need its saved cart.
- Select the items for this order. Deselect anything you want to leave for later.
- Choose Checkout and follow the shipping-address and delivery prompts.
- Choose an offered payment method. Check the coupon result, shipping charges and final total shown for your order.
- Complete any bank or payment-provider verification, then check for an order confirmation.
Temu’s order steps explain selecting and deselecting cart items. Your cart and available payment methods depend on your account and market. This guide cannot show your personal cart; open it through Temu itself.
Why are items missing from my Temu cart?
Check that you are using the intended account and country/region, then refresh the official app or website. A cart in a different account or shopping session may not show the same items. If something is unavailable, read the item’s current message rather than paying through an old link.
Match the problem to the next step
| Message or symptom | Useful check |
|---|---|
| Coupon or promotion code rejected | Code spelling, validity and the account’s coupon terms; this is separate from a bank decline. |
| Minimum order or cart requirement | The amount and terms shown in your own checkout. |
| Card details rejected | Number, expiry date and billing details entered in the official checkout. |
| Issuer declines the payment | The bank/payment provider’s limits and authorization status. |
| Verification fails | Follow the card issuer’s official steps to confirm it’s you. |
| Payment appears pending after an error | Check order and transaction status before retrying. |
Do not rely on a fixed minimum from an old article
A €10 figure is not a universal rule for every Temu market and account. Read the requirement actually displayed and decide whether the order still makes sense for you. Adding unwanted items is not a technical requirement to fix a card decline.
Why is Temu not accepting your coupon code?
A rejected discount code is different from a failed card payment. In the official account, check the coupon or offer details before changing payment methods:
- Copy the code accurately, without extra spaces.
- Check whether it expired or was already used.
- Read its minimum-spend, item and promotion restrictions.
- Confirm it belongs to the account and country/region you are using.
- Use the app if the specific coupon is app-only.
Temu’s coupon-code help and redemption guide provide examples; follow your own market’s terms. A coupon’s spending threshold and the checkout’s minimum order requirement can also differ. Review the final total before paying.
Check the payment method
- Confirm the method is offered in your checkout.
- Recheck the card details without sharing them in a support message.
- Confirm sufficient available funds or credit and any online/international payment restrictions with the issuer.
- Confirm it’s you using the bank or payment provider’s official app or website.
Temu’s payment-decline help is a starting point; use the support version for your market and account. A merchant support agent cannot override every issuer decline.
If the page freezes or the app fails
Check a stable connection, update the official app or try the official website. Before repeating payment, look for the order in your account and the transaction in your payment service. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed purchase; ask the provider if the status is unclear.
Escalate with useful details
Give Temu the error wording, time and order reference if one exists. Give the bank the shop name and payment details it needs. Do not include a full card number, security code, password or one-time verification code in an ordinary support message.
