What’s New in Realme UI 2.0 that Users Ask For

Since Realme UI 2.0 was announced, requests from users have not stopped in the company’s forums, although they have not always been taken into account. On this occasion the firm through one of its publications for questions and answers has revealed some functions that are being worked on to implement them as soon as possible in Realme UI 2.0 to the joy of many.

What's New in Realme UI 2.0

It is possible that thinking about our Realme mobile there are still several months to enjoy the desired update with Realme UI 2.0, but these improvements allow us to know what we will find. Apparently Realme has no problem adding improvements once the layer has already been launched, as for example Xiaomi does with MIUI. This allows that once users test it, they can start requests in future updates to introduce changes along with security patches.

All changes to be included in Realme UI 2.0

Taking a look at the Realme forum posts we find countless requests that have not been taken into account because it is not currently a priority or because the idea cannot be carried out. However, there are many other points in which the users themselves have been informed that they will work to implement it as soon as possible.

Add shortcuts on the lock screen

There are several users who have asked for Realme UI 2.0 to use shortcuts from the lock screen itself. This is not something new and is that in EMUI for example we have the ability to open the flashlight or take notes without having to unlock the mobile.

Hide the unlock pattern

Many others have requested that the lines not be displayed when using the unlock pattern in Realme UI 2.0, a measure that prevents other people from seeing it and then using it.

Clone all mobile applications

Although in Realme UI we already have the option to clone applications, not all of them are valid and the developers themselves have admitted that they are working to allow more apps in the system with this option.

New methods to protect applications

Notificaciones realmeUI

In the first version of Realme UI we can hide applications but nevertheless we can only protect them by PIN. Now we are working on an option that allows you to use a pattern or even the fingerprint reader so that you can use them more quickly.

Customizing the Always On Display

Finally, something that has been requested throughout the publication and previously in the forums, is the customization of the Always On Display screen on Realme phones with AMOLED screens. For now these settings are basic and users do not stop asking me for improvements to Realme UI 2.0, doubts arise especially in this option since it has not been made entirely clear that this is going to change.
