To the already known Vodafone Smart Tech Curve (GPS locator) or Vodafone Smart Tech Neo (smart watch for children created in collaboration with Disney), we have to add a new product for lovers of bicycles. In this case, we are talking about the Vodafone Curve Bike Tracker, an intelligent brake light that is attached to the saddle itself and that has GPS so that we are located at all times. In addition, it offers many other functions that we tell you below.
Vodafone continues to bet on the range of Internet of Things products that rely on their mobile networks to maximize their capabilities. All this is part of the strategy known as “Designed & Connected by Vodafone” of devices that are controlled through the Vodafone Smart application . In fact, the latest available update adds support for the newly introduced device:
- Curve bike tracker attaches to the seat post and is designed to give security to your trips.
- With Vodafone Smart you will control your device and be connected to your bike wherever you are.
- You will be able to see the GPS location and see your routes in the history.
- With the Security Mode you will feel calm, as it includes a movement alert and an alarm, which will warn you if your bike moves when it shouldn’t.
- Define your Safe Zones and you will be notified when you enter or leave them.

Today, June 3, 2021, the Vodafone Curve Bike light & GPS tracker was presented in Spain and other countries. This device is designed to make cycling trips safer, being able to place the gadget on the seat post. The red operator believes that it will help us feel safer on the roads and paths we travel.
In addition, it keeps us connected to the Internet at all times and acts intelligently . Being a smart brake light, if we slow down, it will light up. It has an ultra-bright LED with three different light modes that will adapt to the route taken. As if that were not enough, Curve Bike detects the impacts and will send help alerts to the contacts that we have defined.
But that’s not all, it has movement alerts and an alarm that will let you know if the bike starts moving when it shouldn’t. At all times we can use the GPS location to follow the bicycle and check the routes taken. Finally, we know that, thanks to its integrated Smart SIM that connects to the global Vodafone network, you will always be connected to your mobile phone.
Curve Bike Tracker is available to customers of any operator and can be purchased from today on Vodafone digital channels. It will soon be available in Vodafone, Amazon and El Corte Inglés stores. These are the conditions
- Through the My Vodafone App: 4 euros per month for 24 months (price financed only for Vodafone customers and includes device and service subscription) or 48 euros +2 euros per month (price of the device in cash + monthly subscription to the service) .
- Through the Vodafone e-shop: 94.90 euros with 6 months of service included. After six months, the price of the subscription to the service is 2 euros per month .
