The power and versatility of an operating system like Windows 10 is beyond doubt at the moment, especially if we take into account that it does not stop growing. It is the undisputed leader in desktop systems and Microsoft continues to send updates that improve and expand it in terms of functionality. Therefore surely there are some Windows functions that you do not know yet.
It is also a product, Windows 10 , which is already beginning to become a veteran, has been with us since the summer of 2015 . Since then, as we mentioned, it has not stopped growing and improving based on updates of all kinds. Some of these are used to patch the latest vulnerabilities, others to correct errors, and there are also those that bring us new functions.

All this means that we are faced with a software that tries to cover the needs of many hundreds of millions of users around the world. That is why many users, although they have been working with Windows 10 for a good number of years, are unaware of some of its functions , very useful, but somewhat more hidden or unknown.
This is precisely what we want to talk about in these same lines, about some very useful Windows 10 functions that you may not have known until now.
Text self-correction system
For those who are not very fluent with the keyboard or misspellings, say that Windows 10 can help you. This is achieved thanks to the autocorrect text function that it implements. Thanks to it and automatically, we can get text suggestions by activating auto-correction. This is something similar to what we get on mobile phones when typing with the virtual keyboard.
For this we go to the Configuration application through the Win + I combination and go to Devices / Writing. Here we can activate the options Show suggestions while I write and Automatically correct misspelled words.

Quick Assistance function
The system itself presents us with help to directly solve problems in Windows 10. In this way we can receive help from third parties to solve those problems all thanks to Quick Assistance. This allows us both to control another’s computer remotely, or to give control to another to control our PC.
To do this, we just have to type the name of the function as such in the search box and log in with our Windows account. This generates our own code that we can share with whoever we want to have access to the PC.

View internet data usage
We spend a good part of the day connected to the Internet for some tasks or others. Whether to play, browse, view social networks, videos, photos, etc. Normally at home or at the office we have a connection with unlimited data via ADSL or fiber , but we do not know how much we really consume by not having to control it. But if out of need or curiosity you want to know that figure, Windows 10 gives it to us. We open the Settings application again, but in this case we go to the Network and Internet section. Here, in the Status section, we can see the data consumption both via WiFi and Ethernet for the last 30 days.
Make videos of what happens on the screen
Sometimes it is the case that we need to generate a video with everything that happens on our screen in Windows 10, for which we use external programs. But you have to know that we can do this from the operating system itself. This is something that we achieve with the Game Bar that integrates the operating system itself. We access it through the Win + G key combination.
Here we find a widget that allows us to do this, that is, to record everything that happens on the screen, except for the desktop.
