On this occasion, we have just learned of this agreement with Samsung to launch a Pokémon Edition of the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3. A special version of the smartphone that will be aimed at the best fans of the franchise.
Pokémon x Samsung Galaxy Z Flip
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 arrived almost a year ago and since then, it has conquered a lot of hearts. This small folding smartphone has become the center of attention thanks to its build quality and its price, which is not as exorbitant as other flexible screen proposals that we have seen before from both Samsung and other manufacturers.
Therefore, it is not surprising that The Pokémon Company has chosen this model and not another to make its special collaboration with the Koreans. The new Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Pokémon Edition is a limited edition of Samsung’s foldable that comes packed with accessories for trainers. The mobile phone comes inside a special box where we will have a Pokédex -shaped cover that we can hang around our neck, a Pokéball ring with a suction cup to be able to use the mobile with the cover using one hand, and a kind of keychain with Pikachu’s tail. .
As if that were not enough, inside this special box we will also find some cards with the most famous Pokémon of the entire saga, such as Charmander, Bulbasaur, Squirtle or the mythical Snorlax.
The system will also be personalized with Pokémon themes
The thing is not there. According to Samsung, the preloaded ringtones on the phone, as well as the set of icons and animations within the operating system, will also be personalized with Pokémon motifs. It has also been announced that the phone wallpapers will be exclusive, although we have not been able to see any screenshots at the moment. We imagine that they are saving the surprise for when the terminal reaches its buyers.

Unfortunately, this collaboration is only going to be available in South Korea . Samsung hasn’t released pricing information—although it would be irrelevant, because we all know scalpers are going to run out of stock to sell half an hour later on eBay for 40 times the price.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 Pokémon Edition will go on sale on April 25 . What we do not know is if some of these accessories that come in the box can be purchased independently, as has already happened with some Star Wars, The Simpsons or Marvel-themed covers for this same model.
