Through a patent registered with the world intellectual property office, the Chinese brand allows us to imagine what its future smartphone will look like, with a key element.
It is a single camera capable of rotating through a mechanism of magnets, which will allow its large sensor to work as several. This is not something new, because on previous occasions we had already been able to see study and development work from other companies to put it into practice. But until now, no one had come this close, with a patent detailing how it works so explicitly.

This would also help a lot to get a person or object in focus and blur the background without relying so much on artificial intelligence, which sometimes makes mistakes.
Is it the end of professional cameras?
With that rotating mega camera, we could be facing the moment that many expected and others feared, the arrival of smartphones in a format more similar to that of traditional cameras. With the adaptation of a large lens in a tiny space, which fits inside mobile phones, we would be saying goodbye to having to be loaded to have so many options in a single device. Until now the solution has been to add more and more lenses, which has been the subject of a meme, but it seems that the trend is about to turn around.
