What can you share?
There are all kinds of Google services that you can share with your family.
Family collection of Google Play: You will not have to pay for games, applications, movies or books in duplicate but the whole family can share the collections as long as they meet the requirements to do so.
Google Play Music: You can enjoy millions of songs without ads, a la carte and to your liking with a monthly subscription that can be shared by the whole family and in which each one will have their own music.
Google Play Pass: The Google subscription service allows access to hundreds of games and applications without payments within the app and without ads. You can share with up to five other family members so that the whole family can enjoy the advantages from the different devices and there are no ads or risks in in-app purchases.
Family Link: You can have full control of the little ones in the house and monitor the activity using and creating a family group with the Family Link parental control.
YouTube Music Premium allows you to have a familiar YouTube Music Premium plan in which up to six family members can enjoy streaming music, without ads, offline or continue listening to videos with the screen locked.
YouTube Premium allows you to enjoy downloads and background playback. In addition, you can access all YouTube Originals content yourself and the rest of your family, with up to six members for the same price.
Google One: Buy space in Google One and have plenty of gigabytes so that all the storage is shared although each one will also have their own storage space in which to save photos, videos or documents.
Google Stadia : The new Google gaming service will allow sharing between families. In addition, as part of the family plan parents will have privacy controls and adjustments for the use of children.

Create a family
To set up a Google family group and create it, you will have to go to the service’s own page, the Google family page. You will be the administrator and you can choose who enters or leaves the family whenever you want or with whom each thing is shared at all times. You will have to invite your relatives and the total maximum is five people. First, you can add the members with whom you want to share the different services.
- Go to the Google families page
- Click on the “Start” button to start the process
- Go to the option “Create a family group”
- Now you can choose the “+” option and invite members
- Click on “Invite a family member”
- Enter the email of the person you want to add
- Click on the “Send” button
Now only those people will accept your invitation. Make sure you have successfully sent the email with the invitation to your family members and you just have to wait for them to accept and join the Google family.
When all the members have already been accepted, you will see that if you enter the Google family page, the different family users will appear on it. You can share family plans with these people, of all the services mentioned above such as YouTube, Google Play Music or the joint calendar or the list of tasks through the Google Keep tool.
From the Google families page you will see a section called “What are you sharing” . Here you can have, at a glance, an idea of what services you share at that time. You can manage or delete them whenever you want or hire new ones.
