Realme plans to start the year just as 2019 ends, launching a new mobile with the most striking features for a device that is below 170 euros to change. We talked about Realme 5i , a review of its cheap mobile launched weeks ago and now see its design and features leaked.
As confirmed by the Vietnamese division of the company, Realme 5i will be launched on January 6 in the Asian country, coinciding in time with the day of the Magi. However, before launching, the brand’s mobile phone has appeared in an online store in the region -FPT Shop- anticipating both the design of the mobile phone and its features and, most interestingly, its price.
As you can see in the proposed images, we are facing a smartphone that replicates the design point by point of the realme 5 , so if the name of the device was not clear enough, it is clear that we are facing a review of that mobile phone whose main novelties are found inside the mobile phone, not in its aesthetics.
What’s new in this realme 5i
One of the main differences with the reference models is that the glass of the rear part is lost, leaving a polished plastic as the only decorative element of the housing of the back. Beyond this, there are no changes in the design of the smartphone.
Inside we find more news because the distributor claims that we are facing a cheap realme mobile starring an IPS LCD screen with the classic notch in the shape of a water drop of 6.52 inches that offers an HD + resolution. Under this panel we run into a Snapdragon 665 processor and 4 GB of RAM while the native storage is 64 GB . A 3 + 32 GB model will also be on sale.
The operating system, despite the fact that Android 10 has been available for a while, is Android 9 Pie with ColorOS 6.1 preloaded on the device since the realme’s own operating system seems to be not yet available to be officially revealed.
The back of the phone has a quad camera system of 12 megapixels + 8 megapixels + 2 megapixels + 2 megapixels and has an 8 megapixel front camera housed in the front notch. The device completes a generous 5,000 mAh battery.
Available in blue and green colors, the smartphone sports a price that changes around 160 euros, although it is expected that, if you arrive in our country, this figure will vary slightly after the classic tax application.
