We go to Settings> General> Reset> Reset network settings . By doing this we will delete all the settings saved on our data network and phone, including Wi-Fi passwords, favorite networks and VPN settings.
Restart and remove the SIM card
If this has not been enough, we will have to choose to remove the SIM card and replace it, then restart the phone and hope that having done these steps the coverage will return to our iPhone 7 and we can already make and receive calls.
