How to ask a question anonymously
If you just want to ask someone a question or comment anonymously, you don’t need the app. You can interact directly with the story by clicking on the link to write what you want.
No one will know who it was, not even the person who posted the link, so you maintain your privacy at all times. It won’t appear in the app unless the other person approves it by sharing and replying or making some other comment.
In normal stories you won’t be able to do this unless the person uses the NGL link in them.
How to find the questions and answer them
Anonymous questions or comments made to you will not be seen directly on Instagram, but in the app, in the inbox. You can share them if you want. To do this, you will have to enter NGL and, at the top of the page, click Inbox. There you will see the inbox with the messages you have received. If there is none, it will tell you.
If you give answer right from there, the option to create a new story with your answer directly to what you have been asked or told will appear. If you give who sent this to, you will have to be a paying user and it will not give you the exact name of the person who asked you the question, although it may give you a clue that will help you discover it.
