We have been hearing rumors and leaks for several weeks about the new members of the Redmi Note 9 family. Today, it was the day set on the calendar by Xiaomi, for the official presentation of three new terminals, which have been announced as Redmi Note 9 4G, Redmi Note 9 5G and Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G . All doubts have been cleared, and now we know that we are not facing mere product names.
We cannot say that we are facing a new generation, with respect to what Xiaomi already sells in Spain, but it is convenient to clarify certain aspects to correctly identify each device. On the one hand we have the Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G, which is basically a Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite but with a very important change in its main camera . The Redmi Note 9 4G is nothing more than a little M3 adapted to the Chinese market, while the Redmi Note 9 5G is the only one that can be considered unpublished in the series.
Redmi Note 9 Pro 5G
As we say, we are facing a Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite, with an important difference. The terminal has a 6.67-inch FullHD + panel, which also offers a high refresh rate, reaching 120 Hz. The important change is that its 64-megapixel main camera has been replaced by a 108-megapixel sensor, which It will allow you to better fight in china against rivals like Realme or Vivo.
In addition, it integrates the well-known Snapdragon 765G that gives it a 5G connection and the same 4,820 mAh battery with a 33W load that the European model sports. On an aesthetic level we are also facing the same device, which in short, has been improved to better adapt to its home market.
Redmi Note 9 5G
As we say, it is the only terminal on the unpublished list, and which is shaping up to be launched in the international market as Redmi Note 9T. It has a 6.53-inch FullHD + screen and in this case it bets on the MediaTek Dimensity 800U, with 6 or 8 GB of RAM combined with 128 or 256 GB of internal storage.
In this case, the battery grows to 5,000 mAh with 22.5W fast charging and has three rear cameras, led by a 48 megapixel main sensor and a 16 megapixel selfie sensor. Besides 5G, it doesn’t lack NFC or Bluetooth 5.1.
