What BindID offers companies is a password-free service . It allows customers of those platforms who join your service to avoid having to create a password and have to remember it to log in. They would simply have to make use of other alternative authentication methods.
They further indicate that removing passwords also improves security. They believe that this would avoid vulnerabilities that can be exploited by third parties and also account for more than 80% of security problems in accounts.
Will we really stop using passwords?
The truth is that more and more options appear to be able to authenticate ourselves beyond entering an alphanumeric code. There are even physical devices such as 2FA keys that allow us to identify ourselves in the devices in a simple and secure way. It is always important to have strong passwords.
