With Galaxy Repair Express, Samsung is committed to fixing your mobile with problems on the same day, taking care of the collection and delivery.
If Amazon can deliver in two hours, why can’t I do it to fix my customers’ cell phones? This is what Samsung’s repair department must have thought, which now opens in the two largest Spanish cities Madrid and Barcelona , this service that puts speed first in the repair of some of the cell phones in its catalog.
Express mobile repairs
Just a few days ago we reviewed the prices it costs us to repair a Samsung mobile out of warranty and today, coincidentally or not, the brand inaugurates this service in the two Spanish cities.
The brand is committed to collecting it from your home or at an address of your choice and repairing it within the day for a series of premium smartphones, with a reduced logistics cost of 15 euros. At the moment, the brand’s mobiles that can benefit from this service are the members of the Galaxy S, Galaxy Z or Note range, but it is expected that, as in the case of cities, more models will soon be added.
The process is very simple. You simply have to fill out a request through this page , select the Express service, wait for the courier or take the device to an agreed point and wait for the repaired mobile to be returned on the same day. This service covers damages caused by dropping the device, such as breaking the screen or cameras, or problems with the battery or charging connectors. If the mobile is delivered before 4:00 p.m. on a certain business day and you accept the updated budget, if any, before 5:00 p.m. on the same day, the return is guaranteed the same day, if it is possible to repair the phone.
The service is valid for both smartphones under warranty (which only have to pay the 15 euro fee for transport) and for mobiles out of coverage, which, in this case, must add the price of the repair to the price of the logistics service.
The brand promises that the original warranty of the repaired equipment is maintained but 3 more months are added on the repair. All the work is carried out by the company’s technical support, using original parts of the brand.
