The information that has become known has been thanks to the filter Max Weinbanch, who accumulates a good percentage of hits in his forecasts and who has reappeared on the EveryThingApplePro YouTube channel to launch this information.
New iPhone ‘Pro’ Colors of 2021
Among all the rumors, leaks and other information given about the iPhone this year, it seems that the most repeated and that the most can be taken for granted is that we will see four iPhone in identical sizes to the iPhone 12 known a few months ago. The ‘Pro’ and ‘Pro Max’ are those that Weinbanch has referred to in his latest report, as he details aspects such as their color.
In each ‘Pro’ generation, Apple has been adding new colors over the years. In 2019 it was the night green color, in 2020 the peaceful blue color and in this 2021 it seems that we will see an orange color that until now is unprecedented in the range. It has also confirmed another color that was already rumored: the matte black color that would replace the current graphite, but that would not be new at all if we remember that the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus already brought a color of this type.
Although it has not commented on the rest of the colors in this range, we can intuit that the silver and gold color would continue to be present as they have been doing since the launch of the iPhone XS. There are more doubts about the ‘normal’ iPhone (13 and 13 mini), which would have bright colors again, but without knowing what they would be apart from the typical white, black and red PRODUCT (RED).
Goodbye to the footprints being marked
In recent months we have been able to witness how Apple has accelerated the development process of anti-fingerprint materials for its iPhone, something remarkable with the patents that it has been registering. Weinbach has confirmed that the sides of the iPhone ‘Pro’ this year will come with an improved stainless steel that will prevent the fingerprints and stains that so many headaches are giving in the current iPhone 12 Pro and 12 Pro Max.
About the rear camera module
The iPhone 11 and 11 Pro represented a rear design change in the iPhone with the incorporation of a new camera module in which the lenses were the protagonists and the background was covered in the same color as the phone. By 2021 it is expected that these will come protected in a complete module that this time would be a darker color, thereby hiding the shape of the lenses. The leaker has also commented on this aspect.
He states that this new module will not be completely flat in its design, since he believes that the lenses will protrude from the main body and that due to the format that it will have, the width of the camera system will be reduced, although we understand that the width of the body of the phone as such it would remain the same.
