There are many factors that influence the purchase of a new mobile, and it is clear that software is one of the most important. That is a critical aspect in Huawei phones, but the reality is that it is not the only thing that we should take into account, since in 2022 we could see some mobile phones of the brand with special characteristics, but will it be worth it?
Why it may be worth it
It seems that this 2022 will not be much different from 2021 when it comes to talking about Huawei phones, and its true Achilles heel. And is that the inability to load Google apps and services is something that has greatly influenced the Chinese firm, and has been the main reason for its debacle. But we must learn to live without them if we want a Huawei mobile in 2022.
And it is that this year the brand’s new operating system, HarmonyOS, is expected to expand to the brand’s mobiles in Spain, one of the great bets of the Chinese so that their mobiles regain the appeal of the past. It is true that until now the brand’s mobile phones in our country have only had EMUI as a personalization layer, and it is to be expected that with the new system the performance of these phones will improve a lot.
Therefore, it is a good opportunity for 2022 to get a Huawei mobile with HarmonyOS, since although we do not have Google apps or services, we will be able to enjoy a totally new system that will make these phones much more efficient devices . Therefore, this is the main point in favor that we can expect from the brand’s phones in 2022, always hoping that it will be a system that is up to scratch.
And why not?
Well, the problem of getting a Huawei mobile in these times, and during 2022, has to do not only with the lack of Google apps, but also with the clear decline of the brand in terms of hardware . We will not have Kirin processors, also because of the vetoes. And not only that, but there will be no Leica cameras either, since it seems that the agreement between the two brands has come to an end.
In addition, the pace of Huawei launches has been greatly reduced , and in fact we no longer know practically new cheap mobile phones of the brand, if we are fair pocket, it will be practically impossible to buy something from the Chinese in 2022. In fact, in 2021 the most powerful that we have known of the brand in Spain have been the Nova models, there is no trace of the P50, and we do not know if they will arrive next year.
