Call recording has always been a feature in question. Depending on the laws of each country of the decisions of each manufacturer, the function may or may not be available on your mobile. Huawei terminals could natively record calls, but the function was eliminated with the arrival of EMUI 10 with Android 10, and it has not been recovered in EMUI 10.1. The solution for many was to install a third-party app, but this always carries some risks of operation, reliability, security or even generating uncomfortable advertising on our device. Once downloaded, we will have to install them like any other app. However, we must make sure that we have activated the function of downloading external files. If not, the system will notify us and take us directly to the option to activate it.
Activate and record
Once the file is downloaded and installed on our mobile, we may need to activate the function from the telephone dialer options . To do this we enter and click on the settings menu and we will see different options. If you cannot find the one that activates the function, it means that it will have been activated automatically, but we will be able to see the option to record calls automatically. Once done, when we make or enter a call, we can see the recording icon again, which we will have to press to start recording the call, or which will be activated only if the previous function has been enabled.
