Although mobile phones have a large number of possibilities and are capable of opening a large number of files , it is not so easy to do so with PSD files , or at least it is not possible today natively without resorting to external applications.

The PSD are files created by Photoshop, which are saved like this to be able to be viewed in the different applications of the company but which make it difficult to do so from others. On your mobile you will see it complicated and you will only have to think about doing it from external applications.
You only have to find one that you like, trustworthy and that fulfills this function, if you do not already have one installed on your mobile, and before naming you some that have been designed for this purpose, we are going to mention the easiest way to open this files type.
If you have Google Drive on your mobile you can easily open any PSD file without having to download anything. All you have to do is upload it to the cloud (if it’s not already in the app) and open it from there. It is simple, although you will have to wait for it to load so that you can see it from this cloud storage service. It is the option I chose and it is very effective. To make it easier to get to the file I saved it in favorites.
Other apps you can use
Although Google Drive is the easiest way to open PSD on your mobile without resorting to other applications or having to do anything else, there are other applications designed for this purpose, I will show you some of the most outstanding.
- Photoshop Express Photo Editor
This is a free app from Adobe with which you can open and edit files with this extension. You just have to download it from your app store, identify yourself, accept the conditions and give permissions. You can try to open the file from there or from the location itself by selecting to open it with this app.
- Adobe Photoshop Mix
This is another app that you can use in the application store of your mobile and in which it is necessary that you identify yourself or register. Once you have done so, you will be able to open the files for free and unlimited. You will have to press the + in the lower right part of your mobile, choose the device and search for it.
- PSD viewer
This is an app with which you can see the files to view them. You just have to download it, run it and give Open PSD File. You have to look for the file and it will open. Being a free app, in the free version you will have ads.
- AI PSD EPS Viewer & Converter
With this app you will be able to see this type of files converting them to other formats. You can use the viewer to view your Adobe vector file in good quality.
