- First, launch the google chrome browser on your mobile device.
- Click on the icon on the top right corner of the screen which has three dots.
- Choose Recent Tabs from the drop down list.
You will see the list of the last closed tabs – look for the one you need.

- Press it again the three dots.
- Select History.
- You can try to look for the missing tab in the recent history by clicking the arrow at the bottom.
- Check Open Tabs
On some occasions, the tab may still be there but it may be located among other tabs which are open. To do so, the user has to click the box icon located beside the three dots at the top most part of the screen.
- Click on the tabs button and check each and every tab to locate the one you want.
Important Notes
When you are in the incognito mode tabs, these tabs won’t appear in the history or recent tabs and cannot be retrieved once you close them.
If you had cleared your browsing history then you will not be able to restore those tabs which you had opened.
