Steps to change gestures in Android 11
When we turn on the mobile for the first time we can choose the method we prefer, but later this can also be customized with Android 11 . To do this we will only have to follow a series of steps that in a generalized way will be as we show you below, although in some models it may vary slightly.
- First we enter the Settings.
- Then we go to the System option.
- Next we touch on Gestures.
- Finally we choose “System navigation”.
Once we are here we will find several options and methods to choose from. The most used is the Android gesture navigation , which allows us to reduce the bottom bar to a minimum and make it practically disappear.

This first option is where by just using the lower button we will be able to open multitasking, return to the home page and with the side buttons go back. This will be very useful to avoid problems in certain applications.
2 button navigation
This option, which is inherited from the previous version, recovers the bottom bar and offers us the possibility of saving errors with the back button, since it is at the bottom. However, the middle button is still the tool for going home or multitasking.
3-button navigation
The most classic Android option is still present with this option, using the central button to go to the start, the back button to go back and the multitasking button to switch between apps.
