There are several reasons why we may find it necessary to change the details of an order after it has been completed. Suddenly we realize that on the day of delivery we are not going to be at home and we want it to be delivered to a relative, neighbor or at work, or we have selected the wrong payment method , in the case that we have several cards registered in our account, for example.
It is also possible that we had a balance in our Amazon account and we forgot to apply it so that it would be deducted from the total amount of our order. Modify the details of an order on Amazon
If after completing and paying for an order we realize that we have entered some information wrong or that we need to change the delivery address or payment method, it is important to know that we can do so as long as the order is still in the preparation phase. In this case, what we have to do is:
