Why is this data not so important?

The latter is the one that allows you to contract a mobile data rate for the device without depending on WiFi or the iPhone, so it is understandable that it has greater capacity.
How much does the Apple Watch operating system occupy?
As in any device of this type, the storage capacity available to the Apple Watch is not fully available to the user. There is a part that has to be dedicated to watchOS , the operating system that these watches run. Although there are no exact figures of how much each version ends up occupying in each watch, it is said that it occupies around 5 GB , so the capacities of all these computers would really have to be subtracted from that amount.
