Google has designed an innovative Artificial Intelligence application called Interview Warmup , a space created to train and prepare for job interviews with a digital interviewer who will not only throw us different types of professional questions, but will also evaluate the answers and give us feedback to improve . ahead of the actual interview .
This evaluation will not be closed with grades, but rather ideas and suggestions regarding the terms you use , how they relate to the job you are applying for, the most used words and the discussion points you covered and left uncovered. In fact, you can edit your answers by hand to see if you reach the level of excellence that you want to have.
The tool will not only analyze this new version of the answer, but also learns over time, gradually improving your confidence. The system is based on voice recognition, with subsequent transcription , so you will only need a microphone and a web browser to start practicing with this virtual job interview coach.
Until now, this initiative was included in the Google Career Certificate learning program, with the aim that graduating students could have a means to practice what they would say in a job interview for the topics they studied. At the moment, only in English
