With one week left to finally say goodbye to 2020, Microsoft has announced the games that it will deliver during the month of January to all its Xbox Live Gold subscribers. There will be four games that will be given away in the two fortnights of the month, although as you can see, the titles no longer attract so much attention since the Xbox Games Pass was born.
Free games for Xbox in January
Since the Xbox Game Pass service was born, the games given away with Gold have lost quite a lot of appeal, and having a free library with more than 200 games is something that not even Microsoft itself can fight. But let’s not forget that the games delivered with the Gold are given away indefinitely, so it is worth keeping an eye on what is coming to add it to your library forever.
- Little Nightmares : It is the most striking game of those delivered. In it we will take control of Six, a little girl who has been kidnapped in Las Mauces, a dark ship in which powerful creatures live that will make things difficult for you to escape. Your dark and artistic aesthetic is one of the most striking points of this game that you can download for free from January 1st to January 31st.
- Dead Rising : An Xbox classic that came with the old Xbox 360 and that offered us a fun adventure in which Frank West, an intrepid photographer, must escape from a shopping center infested with zombies. This remastered version will be available for download from January 16 to February 15, so don’t miss it, as it is a classic that you have to have in the library, yes or yes.
- The King of Fighters XIII : One of the best known arcades of all time comes with this improved version that is the last chapter of the Ash Saga. It is a title belonging to the Xbox 360 catalog and will be available for download from January 1 to January 15.
- Breakdown: A game released for the original Xbox in which we will put ourselves in the shoes of Derrick Cole, who has been trapped in his laboratory without being able to remember anything about his past, but who for some strange reason discovers that he has superpowers and must fight against superhuman enemies. It will be available from January 16 to January 31.
