Disney has taken pity on our soul (and longing alive ) and has decided to share with us the first images of The Mandalorian 2 . If just a few days ago he told us the release date of the new season, now he delights us with a good number of images that he has exclusively provided to an American medium for him to share with the whole world. Make yourself comfortable, there are several and, promised, you will like them all.

We have spent many months wondering when exactly the second season of The Mandalorian would come into our lives. We had a promise from Disney that it would be in the fall; We knew that it had to more or less coincide with the premiere of the series in 2019; and we had the guarantee that the pandemic had not affected his schedule, since the first and second “season” were recorded in a row, fully relying on the format.
And even with all this, we still had nothing clear. The trailer continued (and continues) without seeing the light and the specific release date remained in the air. Until just a few days ago. The most famous mouse company of all time announced that The Mandalorian 2 will arrive on October 30 and to accompany such announcement it has given Entertainment Weekly an exclusive interview in which you can see a good number of new photos .
They are still not the long-awaited video preview that we all want, but at least it helps to quell our curiosity while making us think that the trailer is very possibly about to fall.
New images of the season
EW’s photo report , accompanied by statements from director and executive producer Dave Filoni, showrunner Jon Favreau and even some of the actors, is packed with new photos from the second season of the Disney + series.
In them we can see again the Mandalorian with his faithful companion Baby Yoda as well as the warrior riding a speeder bike. There are also images of Cara Dune, Greef Karga (whose presence we confirmed relatively recently) or the evil Moff Gideon.
The interview also has two covers : one in which Baby Yoda is the absolute protagonist of the image and another in which we see the creature at hand with The Child in his coat -both are shown with the copyright symbol, so you will have to access the web to see them (in Source).
An aperitif without a doubt that helps us calm our spirits before a trailer that still does not appear. As you will remember, the idea was to launch it in mid-August but at the last moment, the plans were changed and to date we still have no news about the expected progress.
Will these images be the prelude to an imminent premiere of the video? We have no choice but to wait for the next few days to verify it. Just in case, cross your fingers.
